Technical Degree in: Mechanic, Jig maker. 大专以上学历，机械制造或模具制造专业
English 60%
中级钳工及简单电工，具有压力容器及管道操作证，叉车操作证等
Experience in Automotive Industry
具有汽车/摩托车制造行业工作经验
Minimum of 8 years background in industrial mechanical maintenance
有工业机械维修维护经验优先
Minimum of 8 years background in Mechanical maintenance
8年以上机械维修维护经验

Equipment maintenance: 设备维修维护
Jigs control.工装夹具调整
Tool control.模具调整
Read mechanical drawings.能阅读机械图纸
Utilities.公共基础设施维修
Root Cause Analysis.根本原因分析


Availability to work during weekends, rotating shifts (Day and night).
能够适应周末上班及日常倒班制度

Key Responsibility主要职责：

Execute the Corrective Maintenance (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
执行设备矫正性维修（液压及气动，机械及传动部件，工装夹具）
Execute the Preventive Maintenance (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
执行设备预防性维护（液压及气动，机械及传动部件，工装夹具）
Proposes and Execute the improvements ideas (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
建议及执行设备改进改善（液压及气动，机械及传动部件，工装夹具）
Analyze the root cause of the problems using Problem Solving or PPS methodology.
对设备故障进行根本原因分析
Follow up the safety procedures.
遵循安全操作规程
Execute the 5′s activities.
认真执行5S
Execute the MMS methodologies. (Metalsa Operating System)
遵循及执行公司维修管理系统


Mission 任务：

Execute the corrective & preventive maintenance in our operative equipment’s. (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
对生产操作设备进行矫正性和与预防性维修维护，包含液压及气动,机械传动部件及工装夹具；
Execute the necessary corrections to the welding jigs to control the welding process (Dimensional)
对焊接工装夹具进行调整，以保障焊接过程及产品尺寸稳定；
Improvements to our process and equipment’s. (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
对生产工艺及设施设备进行改善；
Analyze the root cause of the failures.
对设备故障进行分析；
