Responsibilities:
工作职责：
Taking charge of retail store construction projects in the region. Cooperate with retail team and global designer to accomplish design on retail projects.
负责区域零售店建设项目，与零售团队和国外设计师合作完成零售项目设计。
Work with supplier on construction to ensure good quality and brand image of our retail stores.
与供应商合作，确保我们零售店的质量和品牌形象。
Execute new props display in all stores in the region.
负责区域零售店面新道具的布置。
Maintain store fixtures in the region after installation.
负责店面设施日常维护。
Cooperate with marketing team and sales team on roadshow execution. Issue good design according to the location of the roadshow and arrange the transportation and setup of roadshows.
与营销团队和销售团队合作进行路演，根据展位做好设计，负责路演交通和搭建。
Work with suppliers to ensure their high-quality service on design, construction and maintenance.
与供应商合作，确保高质量的设计，施工和维护。
Follow suppliers payment.
与供应商结款。
Follow regional spending.
跟踪区域费用开支。
Create and maintain data base of all cost and props.
把各项成本和道具录入数据库。

Qualification:
任职要求：
3-5 years in retail industry, FMCG and luxury is preferred.
3-5年零售行业工作经验，有快速消费品与奢侈品行业经验者优先。
Proficient in Microsoft Office. CAD or 3D Max is preferred.
精通Microsoft Office， CAD或3D Max者优先。
Good English skill in both reading and writing.
良好的英语阅读与写作能力。
Creative, open minded and good art sense and taste.
有创意，***，良好的艺术感觉和品味。
Good in time management, supplier management.
良好的时间管理技能、供应商管理概念。
Project management experience is needed.
需要具备项目管理经验。
