Responsibilities:
1.General affairs duties/ Responsibilities
- Hotel booking for visitor
- Lunch booking
- Office supplies purchase and arrangement
- PPE (working clothes, shoes) reserve and distribute
- Guards/ Cleaner management
- Document management: Contract/ Agreement/ PO and Etc.
- Translate documentations Chinese to English
- Property insurance management
- Plant facilities and utilities management
- Plant information board management
- General Ledger Bookkeeping for FC team support
2. Human Resource duties/Responsibilities
- Workers’ recruitment: advertisement post, CV screen, Phone interview, offer process & on-board arrangement
- All interviews’ follow up such as meeting room arrangement, Candidates guide and good-bye leading.
- Attendance record and statistic
- Employees' holidays application form check, holidays status management
- New employee’s first day welcome & plant guide & admin process introduction
- New employee’s training plan follow up and check
- Resigned employee's last day follow-up & documents collection
- Training courses follow up according to annual training plan
- Internal training management and follow up
- Training documents check and management
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Good English ability
3.Good MS word and Excel skills
4.Strong interpersonal and communication skill
5.Service-oriented, self-motivated
6.Ability to work under pressure and be adapt to new circumstance
7. Please pay attention that this position is a temporary position.
