职位描述：
职责描述：
1. Assist the department head in the daily operation
2. Support members of the department in routine operations
3. Coordinate the document transfer to and from the department head
4. Coordinate business trips for the department head and the team
5. Coordinate and receive visitors of the department head
6. Coordinate the communication within the department and other affected departments
7. Prepare meetings and record the contents by writing meeting minutes
8. Independently manage documents and files related to department and enterprise routine processes
9. Independently manage the filing system
10. Independently manage schedules and tasks

任职要求：
1. Education Degree
Bachelor degree in GERMAN, technical specialization helpful but not required

2. Professional Ability
a. Ability to communicate clearly and understandable
b. Ability to work in a team
c. Create and maintain a successful network to related partners of the regular operation
d. Ability to coordinate tasks and schedules

3. Further Requirements
a. Shows social competences
b. Shows positive basic attitude
c. Good time management and priority setting
d. Good assertiveness towards superior and colleagues
e. Is capable to handle conflicts and can communicate
f. Advanced knowledge of MS Office
