1. Establish and maintain the quality system of IRIS, REX, leading and keep CRCC and GOST certification 建立和维护公司质量管理体系IRIS，REX 等，牵头并保持产品认证CRCC，GOST
2. lead the Ass. process quality control and problem solving,covering 4 lines: 2 OE production lines and 2 AM production lines 牵头组装线质量控制和问题解决，总共覆盖2个新造产品线和2个检修生产线加转子大修
3. Localization FAI release on Ass. Product 组装产品的内部FAI
4.Function test failure control 功能测试失败率的控制
5. Customer audit and FAI 客户审核和FAI
6. Leading IC complaint process 集团内部投诉
7. SAP key user for QM modular 公司内部质量SAP系统操作
8. Assembly process audit and CNC process audit 牵头公司组装与机加工的工艺纪律检查
9. Inspection data record input ,and document and file inspection results检验记录的保存,以及检验记录的结果的抽查
10.? Regular MRF release product 日常MRF
11. In Charge of Monthly Quality KPI Report 负责质量部KPI月报
12. Backup of Liu Zhifeng as MOR release 刘志峰的备份MOR产品放行上

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 3年以上制造型企业TS16949或ISO9000体系管理经验，如有铁路行业IRIS体系管理经验，优先考虑
3. 有独立负责迎审经验
4. 英文读写流利
