The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will work closely with the CFO to conduct various analyses and reports including 财务分析&计划经理将跟CFO紧密配合一起处理以下各项分析和报告:
- Forecast sales by customer 销售的预期分析
- Track On Time Delivery 生产交期的跟踪
- Model Cash flows 现金流模式分析
- Review Budgets 预算回顾和分析
- Report actual results versus expected results and reasons for variances 实际发生结果VS预期结果差异分析报告以及原因分析
- Identify Key Performance Indicators 关键业绩指标识别
- Analyze changes in gross margins 毛利变化分析

The ideal candidate will 职位要求:
- Be able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both orally and in writing 口语和书面英语能够清晰有效的交流
- Have excellent skills using Excel 熟练的Excel使用技巧
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently 独自解决问题的能力
- Be able to describe past instances where they have made processes more efficient or have helped to reduce errors 能够描述和根据过往工作事项总结成功的工作流程去减少错误
- Take responsibility and show discipline 工作责任感并保持纪律性
