职位描述:
Senior T&D Specialist 注:由于内部HC问题,该职位在第一年为第三方签约岗位。
 Responsibilities:
? Work together with HR teams and business units to help design, develop, and implement talent strategy in support of the business objectives;
 ? Drive and facilitate the review and analysis of talent needs and come out with concrete recruiting strategies and annual recruiting plan according to business strategies;
? Work closely with all business units to create innovative, enterprise-wide talent and performance practices that attract and retain a diverse and highly competent workforce;
? Attract right talents via various talent attraction programs and employer branding programs, online and offline, internally and externally;
? Serves as a key resource, and thought leader regarding talent and performance strategy. Champion new approaches and solutions that help employee grow the business;
? Assist in the communication of talent and performance management initiatives throughout the company; ? Conduct analysis of various talent and performance initiatives and make recommendations to guide strategic direction;
? Revise current practices and leads innovation and service delivery;
Qualifications:
 ? Bachelor’s Degree required
 ? Minimum 2 years of talent management experience in software industry
 ? Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
? Good written and spoken English
 Competencies:
? Strong analytical, planning and execution skills required
 ? Excellent skills in collaboration/influencing others required
 ? Proficiency in analytics, especially with Excel
? Understand drivers of employee engagement methodologies and tools required
? Excellent facilitation skills to both small and large groups required
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
 ? Strong understanding of HR process and corporate environments required
 ? Ability to manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation required
 ? Proven ability to serve as a liaison between multiple business partners to execute programs required
 ? Must be committed to on-going intellectual and professional development, including knowledge of current and emerging technology required
