1. 日常服务工作
- 日常客户走访，保险咨询、保险方案设计、理赔、培训等工作
- 部门内部相关应收、数据整理等工作
2. 年度续保
- 协助客户完成年度续保工作，包括收集续保数据，方案设计，与保险公司协调续保条件
- 与其他部门合作，协调交叉销售业务，维护好客户体验度
3. 新业务开发
- 维持并拓展与现有客户的关系，从而拓展客户集团内的新业务
- 配合部门负责人跟进新的目标客户
岗位要求：
- 学历：本科
- 2年及2年以上保险或法律相关工作经验
- 具备良好的英文水平 ,包括英文书写、表达流利
