Responsibilities:
? Design, deliver and ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
? Define and implement annual learning plan based on talent strategy and talent learning & development needs.
? Design, plan and roll out leadership development programs to provide with a competitive advantage to attract, grow and retain senior talent.
? Design career development plans with impactful materials and media to ensure an effective succession plan and strategy.
? Partner with all business functions and partners to analyze, design, develop and deliver talent development initiatives and programs based on business needs.
? Manage learning program by working with external learning resources.
? Optimize the internal learning & development procedure
? Measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.
? Understanding of innovative learning trends within the industry.
? Manage annual Learning & Development budget.


Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
? Minimum 7 years of solid working experience in learning & development and related field in real estate, retail, FMCG and hotel management, etc.
? Strong analytical, consulting, coaching and influencing skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and team-working spirit.
? Good learning agility and professional presence.
? Be proactive, patient and can work under pressure.
? Native mandarin speaker with fluency in verbal and written English.
