Job responsibilities:
Reception of calls, reply and transferring
Reception of the guests
Car arrangement
Hotel Bookings
Coordinating and supporting all departments.
Helping candidate to solve problems and reporting in time.
Communicating and supporting to HR Department in Langfang to arrange the entry process of Beijing office.
All kinds of assistance and administration to vice president China
Support of expats to organize daily problems with apartments, residents etc.
Other works assigned by manager and superiors

Requirements:
Good English knowledge, able to organize efficiently the work,
Translation and written skills
Able to work as part of a team, communicative, able to work independently and diligently
Fluent English is a must
