职位描述：
Descriptions:
1. Typing the date into K3 system correctly.
2. Preparing and fill in cost claim forms and submit it into finance group.
3. Fill in the correct information for the internal PO and have it signed by parts manager, vendor and Shanghai purchasing department.
4. Check and make record in cash flow every day.
5. Preparing and submit documents to finance group for the Stamp tax every month.
6. Inventory count in K3 system every month.
7. Check and confirm the vendor invoice detail.
8. For the transport trade and general trade, preparing the document and submit it to finance group when receive the payment from customer and pay the vendor.
9. Organize and push customs clearance documents from customer.
10. Organize and push AR from customer.
11. Summarizing the revenue list and submit it to part manager.
12. File the invoice to customer and all the documents above.
13. Supporting the sales member in the team.
14. Supporting manager from other group if necessary.

Qualifications:
1. College Above.
2. Good command of English, CET 4 above.
3. Good communication and computer skills.
