Overall:
The Assistant Finance Manager is a highly independent role and working closely with Finance Manager to provide administrative assistance to the Finance Department in support of the smooth management of BSB finance department.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the daily operation of the School;
Prepare regular financial reports for the account;
Ensure smooth management of accounts payable & cost controlling;
Assist to monitor a team to provide quality and professional services;
Provide general administrative support to parents including answering phones, arranging management metings, preparing payment voucher, issuing Fapiaos, filing and other administrative duties.
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents and compiling data and analysis for special projects as assigned;
To monitor/remind important meetings and events such as monthly account closing and periodical audit ativities etc;
To assist on implement internal control procedures
To assist in translating English reference material into Chinese
Ad hoc administrative matters as required by the Finance Manager from time to time

Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Financial Accounting;
3-5 years in a financial role, Familiarity with Finance System (preferred);
Fluency in both written & spoken English;
Excellent communication and administration abilities are required;
Teamwork spirit and learn orientation;
The ability to be flexible and adaptable to a rapidly moving and changing environment is essential;
Strong ability of computer skill in Microsoft Office, experience in Kingdee software will be a plus.
