Job Description
? Process Korean employee benefits, respond to Korean employee benefits questions and requests, direct employee to proper source for issue resolution, process benefits related data feeds to/from vendors, well manage the key stakeholders in benefits program
? Process Korea time & attendance files and ensure ontime and accurate updating, respond to inquiries/requests and resolve problems or direct employee to proper channel
? Update payroll data input in monthly upload sheet interface with Payroll team and interact with payroll to escalate and solve issues if any
? Respond to requests for HR related/gov-required etc. forms and data reporting
? Support team to manage employee records in EFM process
? Interact and co-ordinate across teams such as vendors, HRGs, payroll, data, HRIT etc. to resolve issues & inquiries, demonstrating high level of accountability/ownership with the utmost sense of urgency
? Engage into Honeywell HRS HOS journey such as tier meeting/HSE/5S/Kaizen/Standardized Work etc. to achieve continuous improvements
? Perform other assigned works in HRS team
Job Requirements:
?Proficient Korean Language skills in both verbal and written;
?Bachelor degree, preferred in HR/Administrative/Korean Language majors
?With at least 1-2 years of working experience in HR function
?Good communication skill in English
?Customer service focused
?Excellent interpersonal skills
?Good stakeholder management skills
?Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
