职责描述：
1. 根据公司、用人部门招聘计划，收集并甄选招聘简历，开展具体招聘工作，并确保招聘效果。
2. 合理利用开拓各类招聘资源，满足公司招聘需求，并维护公司人才库。
3. 定期对招聘工作进行总结，出具分析报告，不断完善招聘流程。
4. 配合人力资源团队完成其他项目性事务等。

任职条件：
1.统招本科及以上学历，拥有一年左右互联网IT研发类岗位招聘工作经验优先；
2.积极、热情并具有较强的工作推动力及优秀的执行能力以及抗压能力；
3.具有良好团队协作精神，优秀的语言表达及沟通能力、分析判断能力，能够独立完成日常工作。
