Campaign Manager 活动策划经理
Responsibilities:
? Media strategy development
Plan, execute and evaluate annual tactical promotion campaigns within budget control. Develop media strategy as part of the annual marketing process; coordinate all commercial & PR functions and align with route marketing team to provide integrated planning.
To lead the communications & media plan and engagement with consumers to build brand love, grow consumer database and increase conversion / 1st trial and build loyalty.
Have in-depth knowledge of current market situation and dynamics, product, and key competitors, including a clear understanding of competitor’s strategies, positioning and communication details, to ensure that media strategy is competitive and aligned with market/customer realities.
Propose and align marketing KPIs and track progress and achievement.
? Media-buy and marketing effectiveness
Strategic media planning, media channels, digital communications, brand marketing, digital / consumer Promotion, data interpretation, research analysis.
Lead in planning and close communications with route marketing / RR / social media / digital / PR / branding etc. function team to ensure campaign execution is holistically defined and well executed across all communication channels.
Lead the preparation of monthly/quarterly media plan and proposals. Ensure sales target achievement with efficient and effective media buying. Optimize campaign metrics to the strategic intent of campaigns and the underlying business objectives.
? Budget Planning & Control
Be responsible for the media budgeting and controlling process: Yearly and quarterly budget & PAP planning, quarterly and monthly tracking.
Optimize budget allocation and coordinate with group/AOC team as well as marketing functions
? Campaign performance evaluation
Providing analysis, insight and optimization recommendations through a wide variety of data-driven activities, such as sales data management, comprehensive analysis of operation condition, website/mobile system optimization, social listening, etc.
Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes.
? Media agency management
Manage offline media agency, and work with digital team to optimize all media outcome.
? Brand marketing
Acting as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia: building on the awareness of AirAsia as a leading brand in the Low Cost Carrier space. Make sure correct branding message spreading via varies media platform nationwide.
? Team leadership
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop campaign marketing team.
Requirements:
? Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
? Minimum 7 years’ experience in media/digital marketing, client services, digital analytics, and consulting or project management preferred.
? Minimum of 2 years management experience leading and developing direct reports.
? Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key.
? Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature - achieving both time and budgetary deadlines.
? Passion for solving problems with technical solutions. Sharp problem solving and troubleshooting skills
? Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high energy environment
? Confident, resourceful, dynamic team player, independent
? Love travel, Love airline, Love AirAsia and all lifestyle stuffs enthusiast, with a keen sense of market & consumer trends.
? Excellent Chinese and English, both written and oral.
