dentifies, selects and develops competitive and effective suppliers 识别,选择和开发有竞争力的供应商;
? Ability to get, negotiate, and evaluate supplier’s offers有能力完成零部件的询价,进行商务谈判和评估;
? Issue PO and get acknowledgement, get NL, LTA signed,supplier delivery plan tracking 负责PO发送与确认,与供应商签订NL以及LTA等,以及交货计划追踪;
? Work with SQE and logistics to ensure supplying meet plant demand 与SQE,物流合作确保零件正常供应;
? Maintain good relationship with suppliers and file documents供应商关系维护与文件存档;
? Build and implement localization and cost saving plan actively积极地制定与落实本地化与成本降低计划;
? Conduct performance assessment on supplier供应商表现评价工作;
? Manage the assigned program daily issues, and make risk control action; prepare sourcing council documents.管理项目采购日常事宜;制定风险管控措施,准备采购决议材料;
? Assist Equipment/tooling/gage purchasing 协助设备、模具与量具等的采购工作;
? Any other task that may be assigned by purchasing supervisor采购主管分配的其他任务;
? Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针;
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训,熟知危害沟通控制程序,并按体系要求执行;
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准,和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
