职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责软件系统，手机APP界面设计，图片制作和处理3年以上手机相关行业UI设计工作经验
2、根据策划和项目需要，设计制作界面的关键元素（布局、功能、按钮、风格、特效、图标等）生成效果图以及程序可调用的指定格式图片
3、配合开发人员完成界面与产品功能的整合，并参与后期界面调整
4.根据产品需求,分析并给出最优的UI解决方案。

任职要求：
1、平面设计或视觉传达相关专业，有很好的美术功底，对2D和3D艺术有一定的理解程度
2、能够准确把握软件产品的整体风格及视觉表现，视觉效果和业务需求内在统一，能够使软件创意准确呈现；
3、 了解平面设计、人机交互、排版的基本原则；
4、 熟悉Android、iPhone等手机平台特性,做过手机界面设计者优先；
5、 熟悉各类软件的界面操作，善于收集素材；
6、 能熟练运用PHOTOSHOP、ILLUSTRATOR、3D等常用设计软件，具有手绘功底优先
7、了解3DMAX,或maya,等专业软件，具备cocos或U3D相关效果编辑器经验者优先
8、具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，认真细致，高度的工作责任心
