职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Working with China marketing team to develop and implement localized web presence (focus on China mini-site)
- Maximizing reusability of available digital applications such as websites, campaign web pages, web applications etc. by understanding fit-for-market as well as optimizing and localizing content as required.
- Working with local digital agencies to produce digital campaigns, web content, social media content and manage SEO / SEM activities.
- Implementing and continuously monitoring digital activities across Social media, Search and Web analytics to identify trends that can be leveraged to meet the objectives of the role.
- Driving content creation and scheduling.
- Developing frameworks to track and monitor campaign success.
- Others assigned by line manager

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Display the basic understanding of digital media to sell products
- Experience in on-line marketing
- Shows basic understanding of digital marketing and how it can be used to reach end users
- Has strong communication skills and displays confidence when speaking aloud or writing
- Be outgoing and be worked in technical company is plus

Qualifications
- University in marketing/digital marketing, business administration or communications
- 2-3 years digital marketing or business relevant work experience
- Having experience in creating marketing content ( including but not limited to digital marketing channels, such as social media, website, emails )
- Understanding Baidu website searching tools, and how to set up sites and campaigns to ensure the campaigns results
- Experience in SEO, email marketing and social media are helpful
- Good communications skills to work across in different departments
- Good skills in Microsoft office, Word, PPT, Excel
- Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Constant contact, HTML are helpful
- Good Chinese content writing with English language communication skills
