职位描述：
Main Job Tasks:
 
§ Set up SSAM quality & environment policy and middle & long term quality objectives and indicators, continuously improve
and optimize quality management system by carry out internal audit and process audit.
§ To summarize and inform the quality reporting to management, pilots, etc. Share the quality information and resources.
§ To improve and control the supplier QMS more effectively, enhance the supplier quality level for components and parts
(SQM).
§ Optimize process quality management, develop the company quality plan to improve product and process quality level and
also ensure quality needs of customer are taken into account.
§ To make quality trend analysis, coordinate the analysis for the big quality issues, follow up, and supervise the action plan
implementation.
§ Recruit and build a strong quality team, coach quality staffs for their daily jobs, set up and implement short term & long term
training plan to develop their working skill. Retain talent staffs.
l Manage 6Sigma project in SSAM, introduce and deploy the quality tools using widely to deal with issues.
 
Qualification:
l At least 5 years work experience in Quality manager position
l To lead and pass ISO9000 certification as project leader
l To be familiar with the knowledge of 'cost of quality' & process management
