职责描述：
1、负责天猫、京东平台的推广及引流工作，如京准通、直通车、钻展等相关工作，提高点击率、转化率、ROI。
2、熟悉直通车投放，控制投入成本在预算金额内，不断优化关键字。
3、熟悉钻展投放，并每日分析数据进行调整跟踪，制定合理的投放方案，达到销售增长目标。
4、熟悉站外推广工具（论坛、帮派、微博、微信等）。
5、定期监控、分析、评估各项推广数据，形成数据分析报告，提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案，协助运营完成策略调整。
任职要求：
1、熟悉直通车钻展推广，熟悉淘宝直通车竞价排名规则，优化竞价关键字，精通京东、淘宝推广途径和推广预算。
2、具备独立推广策略和制定推广计划的能力，独立分析数据，通过数据分析去优化推广数据及方案。
3、良好的沟通技巧及团队协作能力，富有责任心、上进心。
4、两年以上电商平台（淘宝、京东、天猫等）推广工作经验，对电商推广平台有独到的经验和成功的案例。
