Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market analysis and research in the targeted market.
2. Assess feasibility of new market opportunities and propose implementation paths for new market\solution development.
3. Collect and report market intelligence including competitors’ activities and strategies.
4. Define customer roadmap and subsequent roll out of technology / solutions delivery on commercial target.
5. As a key driver/project leader to coordinate internal resources for new strategy, new product promotion, key action follow up.
6. Responsible for providing regular analysis based on booking, sales, vertical data.
7. Work with sales team to develop & execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports company revenue and profitability targets.
8. Conduct or support seminar, marketing events.
9. Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. major in mechanical engineer or Automation
2. Familiar with automotive industry.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience of industrial products in sales or marketing role.
3. Team player and self-starter with strong energy, passion and initiative functions.
4. Quick learner and creative thinking to identify new opportunities with good analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation & Excel skill.
6. Be responsible, proactive and energetic.
7. Proficient in both oral and written English.
