职位描述：
? Support HK finance in payments, no delay payments as a result of negligence in China Finance
? All payment supporting properly validated and documented
? Work with landlord and LP&A team for payment of store rental and expenditures with no delay
? Work with MD admin to do Vendor installation
? E-po/e-claim system and T&E police training for new employee;
? Corporate credit card application for new staff and monthly spend reconciliation
? Review and validate staff T&E, send supporting for HK finance to process staff reimbursements on a weekly basis
? Work with function department on payment procedures and VAT invoice collection
? Tracking NSO CAR approval and the actual spending
? Verify the monthly service charge of logistic DC for E-com
? Monitor Alipay and JD wallet balance and help with B2B service Online for BOC
? Monitor bank balance on a daily basis, tracking receipt and give AR accountant on time updates
? Raise alarm whenever necessary - i.e. cash shortage for Tax payments in BOC etc.
? Coordinate with Treasury team to prepare the bank guarantee for Customs and no delay payment of duty/VAT on a monthly basis
? Provide bank payment category split for cash flow forecast – monthly
? Prepare accrual list for departments with epo/e-claim/upload template to FP&A team
? Documentation on WHT tax payment for non-trade payment over 50K USD and less than 50K USD
? Coordinate with departments to prepare Year End Accrual and track the payment status
? Supported internal/external audit by good preparation work and effective communication with HK SSC and Auditors;
? Annual stock take
? Accounting file record in storage
