职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
To support CMO to communicate corporate and product messages in a creative and sharp way, not limiting to event, video, collaterals, wechat, website, presentation materials, sales decks, gift and any promotion materials

1. To manage the CI and VI of the Group and the BU to make the brand identity is consistently and persistently presented
2. To develop, design and produce all marketing promotion materials
3. To manage and execute events, forums, workshops and webinars including venue selection, production house management, on-site operation and stage management
4. To produce video from idea, to storyboard, music selection and editing
5. To manage production and printing suppliers professionally and to develop them as long term partners with win-win approach
6. To work together with the content developer to produce wechat
7. To build, promote and activate the corporate culture within the Group together with CMO
8. To lead and develop team member

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing department advertising agency
2. Sensitive to content and data
3. Capable of design and produce video with software, and ppt, video, webinar and
4. Resourceful in supplier pool of production, venue, printing, gift and clothing
5. Fast learning capability and willing to learn
6. Strong desire to learn better and more, and more creative
7. Strong drive to pursue excellence
8. Strong personal communications skill and a strong positive team players with leadership
9. Willing to work OT and in weekend
10. Characters: smart, responsive, fast, open, active, cheerful, passion to work, curious, strong sense of responsibility and ownership, action-biased and can-do spirit
11. Sensitive to technology, trend and hot happenings in the society
12. Solid experience in related corporate marketing, communications and PR, 3+ years work experience, preferred in research, technology and data industries
13. Language: Well-versed Chinese and English-literate
14. Degree in Design, Production or Digital Media
