Administration Officer 行政专员+前台
Responsibilities:
Receptionist
Responsible of reception; screening calls and visitors
Handling phone calls and parcels; preparing correspondence
Greeting visitors & courier delivery
Office Administration
Liaise with other offices on meeting schedules, and coordinate logistics for local managers’ business trips and visitors' trips, including air ticket, hotel accommodation, car pick up and visa application, etc.
Calendar management and related logistics such as booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, meeting scheduling, etc.
Handling administrative duties, e.g. ordering stationery, printing & pantry stuff, etc.
Responsible of office maintenance, e.g. furniture, carpet, etc.
Build, develop, and maintain good relationship with external suppliers
Event/Activity/Meeting Coordination
Responsible of local company event organization, e.g. business lunch/dinner, Central China Annual Dinner, local birthday party, FUN activity, etc.
Coordinate and support on the organization of company’s Greater China events/activities/meetings, e.g. GCSC, SU, etc.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with a variety of cultures
Strong organizational skills, meticulous and self sufficient
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team
Experience in managing relationships across all levels
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook capabilities
