工作职责描述： 1.遵循相关的服务流程及规范为总部的终端用户提供现场IT支持服务以及为分支机构终端用户提供电话以及远程支持服务；
2.根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络, 统一通讯工具和IP电话系统等方面的故障排除服务；
3. 根据服务请求完成关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络, 统一通讯工具和IP电话系统等方面的安装、配置、备份、迁移服务；
4. 负责总部的IT日常巡检工作包括但不限于 备份磁带更换，视频会议设备检查，机房环境检查等；
5. 与公司全球Helpdesk团队进行协作，详细记录服务状态，处理过程和服务结果，确保在规定的服务承诺时间内响应并完成服务；按时生成月度IT服务报告；
6. 指导分支机构外包现场IT工程师按照规定的服务流程以及规范为用户提供相同水准的IT服务；
7. 对内部终端用户提供相应的IT技能以及IT政策培训；
8. 遵循公司的采购规范为总部用户采购相关IT设备以及消耗品；
9. 部门分配的其他IT相关工作；
