1.Management Systems Standard: Achieving/maintaining the required standards in various Industries
2.Continuous Improvement: Identify complex quality issues through Audits and Feedback, Provide expert advice and direction on targeted areas for improvement, and address the issues timely and adequately
3.Satisfaction: Achieving BOTH Customer and Employee Satisfaction through continuous improvement and streamlining of Processes, Policies and Systems
4.Governance: Regular Audit of Process ensuring Compliance in an ISO or TQMS environment
5.Organization-wide: Regular Training and Communications in place, to ensure Leadership is onboard and Organization understand the inter-departmental relationship of TQMS
6.Inter-departmental Connectivity via Training and Communication: ensuring Systems, Processes and Controls are in place across Departments, understood, ensuring continuity
7.Targeting Productivity, Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness
8.Measurement, Methodology and Tools – Establish appropriate Targets, Methodology and tools ensures that non-conformance incidents are identified, measured and responded to consistently.
9.Total Process Management: Building/maintaining total process management system, with effective/sustainable communication
10.Cooperate with Members of management to formulate, establish company policies, procedures and goals; and Provide regular Report to GCN MT on the effectiveness of Targets
11.Provide Organization with expert advice, direction, and problem solving to unique, broad-based quality issues to drive Quality and Continuous Improvement
12.Identify complex quality issues and opportunities for business process improvement, and coordinate/prioritize the company's Corrective/Preventive Action Plan leading to improved customer and employee satisfaction
13.Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization on matters relating to the company's quality management system, and provide internal Training and alignment across Departments
14.Ensure the effectiveness of the company's Quality System, through annual audits, and follow-up activities on corrective/preventive actions are conducted and follow-up results are reviewed, recorded and reported to the management
15.Coordinate the project management efforts of the organization
16.Ensures that follow-up activities on corrective/preventive actions are conducted and follow-up results are reviewed, recorded and reported to the management
17.Implements quality improvement programs across all locations in GCN Region
18.Establishes and maintains QMS documents.
