Position Summary
The Greater China HR Ops Supervisor leads the HR Operations team in GC region, offering value-added human resource support and services to all employees, managers, and HR team members. The HR Ops Supervisor partners with various HR function teams, to work on employee onboarding, various HR related on site Operation services, and employee separation processes/practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead HR Operations team in Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai, and Suzhou)
Drive consistent quality of HR Ops service delivery, and implementation in GC region
Lead a team to implement and ensure global policies and projects for local/regional smooth delivery
Work with cross-functional teams to understand and identify gaps in process, policies and practices, and lead team to develop/co-develop initiatives to mitigate the gaps and optimize the policies/processes.
Qualifications:
5 + years HR Operations experience in a Multinational environment
At least 1 year experience of leading a team
Desirable: Direct experience of working on HR Programs or global project management
Good communication skills and influencing skills
Structured thinking and analytical skills
