职位内容：
1. Lead QC chemists and Technicians for the daily Quality Control work to ensure all products meet specification, include: Incoming Material control QC check and Color adjustments for production batches, maintain working standard according to TS16949, ISO9001 requirements.
负责管理QC工程师、技术员日常的质量控制工作，保证进厂原料、出厂产品质量符合标准规范。包括：原材料质量控制、性能检测、产品调整，根据TS16949， ISO9001要求开展工作。
2. Investigate and analysis the issued batches and quality problems, lead the team to find out the right solution what refer to the process, control methods, materials, and etc.
调查并分析异常批次和质量问题，领导团队找到解决方案（涉及工艺，管控方法，原材料等方面）
3. Deal with customer complaints, conduct quality improvement accord to customer’s feedback. Promote sound of customer relations through effective communications with the manufacturing, technical, and sales/marketing services departments to maintain manufacturing efficiency and ensure product quality.
处理客户反馈意见，并依据反馈意见进行质量改进。与生产、技术、销售及技术服务部门保持良好沟通，以获得良好的生产效率与产品质量，进而促进客户满意。
4. Contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Control Department by the implementation of new test procedures, new programs to improve efficiency, and on and off-the-job technician training programs.
制定有效的产品检验流程、开展质量改进项目，开展培训以提高QC部门的工作效率。
5. Minimize variation in testing of raw materials, intermediates, and paint products through the calibration/verification of test equipment, standardization of procedures, and training of personnel.
实施人员培训、仪器设备校正、MSA分析，以保证检测结果偏差最小。
6. Understand and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 5S promotion.
理解和满足质量管理系统和EHS管理系统的所有相关要求。5S提高。
7. Be responsible for the people management, performance evaluation and make the people development plan to enhance the team force.
负责人员管理，绩效评估和人员发展计划以加强团队效力。
8. Lead and involve the continuous improvement by lean concepts, make the in place actions to reuse the RA,N-OK,WOS.
使用精益生产的概念主导和影响持续发展计划，再使用RA,N-OK,WOS制定相应的行动。
Requires:
要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Equivalent. Acknowledge of Quality system (TS16949 & ISO9001).
化学或相关专业学士学位，具备质量体系方面知识(TS16949 & ISO9001)。
2. 3 years and above experience in Quality Assurance Laboratory Operations. Rich experience in coating.
三年及以上质量控制实验室工作经验，具有丰富的涂料经验。
3. Be skillful in English Communication, Computer and MS Office software.
英语及计算机能力熟练。
