Job Functions
? Lead the GSH MI team to deliver the business results;
? Work with MIBC (group competence centre) about product and application development;
? Maintain and develop the MI local and global Key Accounts;
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Develop BU strategy in GSH MI. Overall responsibility for performance of MI. Establish objectives, processes, operational efficiency and concrete execution plans linked to the targets set.
? Create and maintain relationships with high level managers at key accounts to maintain the good relationship with customers.
? Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, maximise new business development opportunities
? Lead key account sales activities; negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales; and supervise customer service efforts to ensure sales activities meet annual targets.
? Plan & monitor capacity cost in MI unit, and ensure target of profit.
? Collaborate with marketing team, plan, initiate and implement marketing promotion activities.
? Work focus: Results through managers/employees. Enable their productivity. Create collaboration across relevant functions.
? Work value: Value management and leadership. Secure effective functional team membership.
Qualification and Experience
? Bachler degree or above, Degree holder in hydraulic, mechanical, automation or motor background preferred
? Have at least 6 years of relevant work experience in segment of Machine Tools or related segments.
? Have the hands-on spirit and meanwhile strategic thinking;
? Capability and experiences of leading a team to achieve the team goal by coaching;
? Be able to deal with complexity internally and externally;
? Be able and willing to collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve the common goal;
? Self-motivated and self-awareness;
? Can travel frequently;
? Working Experiences in the multi-national companies is a plus
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese & English
? Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Adapting and responding to change fast
? Decision maker and proactively initiate actions
? Business acumen and commercial thinking
? Leading and supervise team through managers
? Structured presenting and communication skills
? Formula strategy & concept on operational level
