Position : Brand Manager, Global Marketing ( Itel & Spice )
Job description :
Assist Brand Director to develop the brand strategy and integrated marketing plan.
Key responsibility :
1) Support Brand Director on annual brand strategy and planning, identify new business opportunities and formulate execution plan.
2) To initiate and lead consumer understanding for brand communication development. Collaborate with Consumer insight team to extract relevant consumers insights.
3) Monitoring and analyzing brand performance against goals and competitors; coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance.
4) Constantly monitors the competitive environment and translates knowledge into brand plans that will create competitive advantage for their brand.
5) Ensure all brand program aspects are consistent with agreed brand foundations.
6) Responsible for measuring and monitoring the brand performance ongoing.
7) Lead the development of integrated marketing communication plan against the brand.
8) Build cross functions collaboration to ensure annual communication plan delivery, including BTL promotion, PR and IMC.
9) Coordinate agencies to deliver approved IMC plans

Minimum qualification :
Bachelor degree above.
Min 6 years marketing or brand management experience.
Mature, strong analytical capability and result oriented.
Strong communicator and team player, proactive and self driven
Proficiency in Mandarin and English
