职位要求：
1. 熟悉外国人员办理中国签证相关流程，包括商务M签证、工作Z签证。
2. 善于与人沟通，耐心、细心、有条理
3. 英文：熟练做日常沟通、邮件沟通


工作内容：
1. Foreign employee management
a. China Visa matters
i. M Visa
ii. Work Permit and Z Visa
b. M Visa entrance tracking, ensure all M visa holder leaves and re-enter on time
c. Manage foreign employee medical insurance
d. Supporting and filing all foreign employee’s documents, such as passport, visa, offer letter, passport, etc.
2. Chinese employee operation support
a. House funding and social insurance issue
3. Stamp and company license maintain
a. Control company stamp and contract stamp
b. Maintain all license in updated status
4. Travel portal Ctrip Business management
a. Manage national account
i. Timely budget and recharge
ii. Monthly account checking and invoice issuing, work with Finance team on verifying cost balance
b. Coordinate with local admins to manage each office’s visa run and Leadership team’s travel
5. Purchase management
a. Beijing office purchase for daily stationary etc.
b. National IT purchase
6. Central contract management
