职位描述：
1st primary responsibilities
-Audit supervisor provides work direction to the Audit team to ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness in the performance of audit engagements.
-Review documentation readiness, performing management testing, coordinating with internal parties.
-Identify principle key control risk, make recommendation to hotel hierarchy, and respond actively to their feedback.
-Follow up the post-audit plans, preparing an Audit report written in English.
 
2nd primary responsibilities
-Schedule the yearly audit & special projects with management and auditors’ staffing assignment on these projects.
-Lead the audit team to perform internal audit assignments according to audit schedule.
-Update headquarter management with identified control loopholes on a timely basis
-Update AAPC audit management with audit scores on a monthly basis.
 
3rd primary responsibilities
-Initiate and monitor the half yearly self-assessment review for each hotel. Review the self-assessment result and provide feedback when necessary.
-Follow up the guidelines from Group for internal control; help to communicate the update to local management and functions in charge.
-Perform regular internal risk analysis and evaluation per Group Guidelines.
-Support workflow of daily operation; provide training to local operational hotel staff to perform evaluation on efficiency and effectiveness, coordinate further development and improvement for main process if necessary
 
Knowledge and Experience
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Minimum of 6 years of experience in Audit (whether Internal or External) for Financial Control with hotel experience.
-Professional certifications CPA and CIA will be a major advantage.
-Proficient in audit methodology, internal control, operational risk.
-Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in Sun, Opera, Fidelio is a plus

-Proven ability to work independently, a flexible attitude to travel, as it is expected that more than 50% of the time is spent outside of Shanghai.
-Self-motivated and energetic.
