工作职责:
1.负责全集团Empowerment & Corporate Platform项目的实施工作，主要包括项目需求调研分析、方案制作、系统上线等，负责项目实施过程监控，确保项目按时按质验收；
2.负责Empowerment & Corporate Platform系统的日常运维，保障系统安全运作和数据安全；
3.参与企业数字化转型建设及利用大数据进行业务创新；
4.参与企业数据平台的搭建、开发及维护工作；
5.参与企业应用上云规划与实施；
6.与公司其他团队紧密配合，满足他们对于数据的需求；
7.利用云资源优化系统，设计灵活管理方案满足企业应用容量、速度和可用性。
8.负责数据平台系统的日常运维，为业务部门提供技术支持，组织、跟进新增业务需求的实现；
9.保障数据主权和数据安全；
10.完成领导交办的工作。
任职资格:
1.计算机、数学或统计学相关专业本科以上学历；
2.三年以上数据仓库经验，有整体ETL开发经验，理解元数据管理、数据质量管理、全数据管理；
3.理解Azure/AWS/Oracle/阿里等云架构，包括管理计算，存储，网络，界面等组件；
4.精通或者熟悉Hadoop体系架构，以及HDFS/HBase/MapReduce/Spark/Storm等技术，有直接的产品设计与开发及部署经验；
5.精通或者熟悉数据库设计，熟悉Oracle／SQL Server / MySQL 集群等数据库， 并具有较好的 SQL 编写及优化能力，熟悉NoSQL开发；
6.具备MapReduce开发经验优先；
7.熟练使用NoSQL数据库优先；
8.熟悉Linux操作系统配置以及各类软件、组件的配置和部署。
