Principal Accountability:
1. Effective executions of day-to-day account payables operation, including preparing vouchers and settling payments for trade/non-trade vendors and staff expense reimbursement of China’s entities
2. Review expense reimbursement reports to ensure in compliance with local requirements and company related policies
3. Keeping track of purchase order and payment status includes but not limited to partial prepayment, shipment and delivery confirmation through verification with local offices; performs 3-way check before payment is made
4. Handle foreign receipt clearance or other bank transactions with local banks as needed
5. Participate in other ad-hoc assignments as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Basic written communication skills in English (verbal is a plus); proficiency in Chinese.
2. Team player but able to hold confidence and to carry out company policies
3. Familiar with local accounting reporting requirements and basic knowledge on IAS/IFRS reporting requirements
4. Basic knowledge of PRC tax regulations
5. Knowledge of regulations in WOFEs is a plus.
6. SAP knowledge is a plus.
7. Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
8.Working experience especially in multinational corporation or foreign enterprise is a plus.
Qualifications:
1. BA degree in Business/ Accounting relates.
2. Other Accounting qualification/certification is a plus
