JOB OBJECTIVES :
1.Sales & Profit tagets achieved and implemetation of policies of EVG
2.Set up distributors network and work out sales approach to key accounts
3 Pursue sales leads; promote new product, develop new customers
4.Contribute to EVG CN market strategy and implementation
5.Develop best team in this industry

MAIN TASKS:
1.Achieve agreed targets China EVG for: Margin /sales / costs / inventories / receivables.
2.Execute agreed sales & marketing strategy to coordinate EVG Global Strategy.
3.Establish clear guidelines on roles and responsibilities and business processes.
4.Sales management: monitor, support and advise sales activities.
5.Sales network management: retain and manage distributors.
6.Establish close communications with senior management of customers.
7.People development: identify gaps and provide training and exposure for the team lead by example for value sales.
8.Identify potential new business opportunities for EVG, implement work plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Chemical Industry Bachelor and above.
2.6 Year above and good experience on key account management.
3.Applied chemistry, or related technical background.
4.View of Value sales and Passion.
