职责：
1.Provide the secretarial and administrative support to the team
作为团队秘书，为团队提供支持。
2.PEC EA mgmt assistant: Weekly Report ,e-Time Sheet followup /Analysis,Project Allownce followup ,PuP Data Consolidation Manage office supply for the team members.
技术工程中心管理助理：每周报告，E表跟踪/分析，项目津贴跟进，PuP数据整合和管理团队成员的办公用品。
3.PEC EA office assistant: Visa Application follow up, Logistics ,Assets ( fixed and not fixed ) ,Train/Flight/Hotel booking support ,TAP/TEC/GEC support。
技术工程中心办公室助理：签证申请跟踪、物流、资产（固定和非固定），火车/飞机/酒店预订的支持，开发/技术/ GEC支持
4.PEC mgmt assistant: Weekly/Monthly Mgmt Meeting ,Notification/ Publication ,Meeting Room booking (BJ),Indirect Materials/Service Purchase (BJ)
行政助理：每周/每月管理会议，通知/发布，会议室预订（北京），间接材料/服务采购（北京）
5.Support for Facility Management; EHS and Logistics
支持设施管理，环境健康安全和物流。：
6.Building C Administration,Safety ,InfoSecurity Coordinator & EHS ,Fixed Asset
C楼管理、安全、信息安全协调员和环境健康和安全，固定资产管理
7.Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by line manager.
执行直线经理分配的其他职责。
要求：
1.Good knowledge of Windows, MsOffice.
熟悉Windows、Office办公等办公软件。
2.Fluent English (oral and written)
英语听说读写流利。
