- 出席/参与学术会议,以推广与提高知名度
- 拜访大学/出版社/实验室/医院推广科学学术润色服务
- 团队活动
- 在上海和北京的顶尖办理学术讲座
- 考虑竞争对手与市场需求后,开始营销活动
- 建立具潜力的新且长久的合作渠道
- 谈判和制定合同
- 计划并实施促销和赞助计划
- 医疗行业销售经验优先
建立和改善客户关系
- 通过电话、电子邮件或个人互动联络客户,并了解他们的需求。
- 通过电话或电子邮件来处理纠纷、不满、要求和询问。
工作要求:在此产业中可独立作业寻找新客户,需具有下列技能:

Role:
To generate revenue selling services of the company (Scientific academic writing services) to the following segments for their academic editing needs:
- Universities
- Publishers / Societies / Journals
- Hospitals / Laboratories(preferred)
- Translation Companies
Target Audience:
- PhD researchers
- Early stage researchers
- Professors
- Faculty / Staff of the university
- Authors
- Scientist
- Doctors
DUTIES:
Sales & Business Development:
Attending / Participating in Academic Conferences for visibility and promotion
Visiting Universities / Publishing Houses / Laboratories/ Hospitals to promote scientific academic writing services.
Team Activity - Organizing Academic workshops in TOP Universities of Shanghai and Beijing.
Initiate Marketing activities considering elements of competition and market needs.
Build a new and sustainable funnel of growth opportunities
Negotiate and leverage contracts
Plan and implement sales promotions and sponsorship's
Build and Improve customer relationships
Liaising with customers via phone, email or personal interaction and determine their requirements
Handle disputes, grievances, requests and enquiries via phone/email.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: A self-starter who can pursue new clients as per the industry with the following skills:
Excellent networking skills and existing industry relationships.
Medical industry experience preferred.
Ability to operate in a highly services-driven environment
Ensures that the business has the capability to adapt to changing requirements
Ensures business goals are aligned with the vision and value
Good presentation and communication skills
Ability to develop solutions and consult to sell.
Strong commercial and business acumen
Proactive and collaborative decision maker
Be able to travel as required
