职位描述
Job Description:
? The candidate will reinforce the steel work and surveillance team in Shenzhen that is temporary facing major challenges in the existing design.
? The candidate will:
-Perform analyses of the existing steel work design to find solutions for the actual critical issues
-Define new input data for the detail designer based on new loading, modified design and new requirements from other disciplines and the 3D model.
-Discuss and agree on technical modifications/corrections with the detail designer prior to their execution in order to avoid discussions in the surveillance process
-Perform technical surveillance and follow up of the updated steel work design documents in order to ensure a correct and consistent design.
? The candidate will also support the surveillance team in daily work processes.
? The candidate possibly will take over the responsibility some building.
? The candidate will be responsible to share and manage this work with local engineers (up to 4 local engineers).
? The candidate will report to the AREVA Steel Work Manager.
Knowledge/Experience:
? Engineering Master Degree, or French Engineering.
? Experience in steel work design and checking (minimum 2 years).
? Worked in a multicultural environment (French, English and Chinese).
Technical Skills:
? Fluent English, French or German is a plus.
? Civil work design background.
? Very good knowledge in Eurocodes (mainly EN1993).
? Basic knowledge in PDMS.
? Good knowledge in Navisworks.

? Based in Taishan Site, China.
