职位描述：
岗位职责：
1，负责搜集客户的资料并进行在线沟通；
2，使用规范的、标准的语言开展电话营销工作，与客户进行有效沟通并了解客户需求, 寻
找销售机会并完成销售业绩；
3，认真倾听客户的意见，了解客户的要求，做好解释工作，及时反馈信息；
4，辅助支持市场工作。

任职要求：
1，本科及以上学历；
2，具备优秀的沟通能力，口齿清晰，普通话和英语流利，语音富有感染力，和蔼可亲，富
有团队合作精神；
3，具备较强的学习能力，性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；
4，熟悉互联网络，熟练使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件，有相关电话销售工作经验者优
先。
