WHAT WE WANT We’re looking for a talented Digital Account Manager or Senior Digital Account Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple vertical markets.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Develop highly strategic and creative campaigns that directly drive sales conversion
2. Coordinate with corporate media teams and local partners to plan and implement China Omni-channel performance marketing plan across SEM, SEO, DSP, retargeting, affiliate marketing and mobile marketing channels
3. Regular interface with senior brand executives
4. Manage and train a dedicated digital marketing team
5. Accurately manage campaign budgets to ensure high profitability
6. Effectively communicate strategies and performance trends in client communications
7. Continually evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on evaluations to improve the campaigns
8. Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends / constantly review the marketplace for new online opportunities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related program or equivalent work experience
2. Experience with marketing campaign analytics

3. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
4. Positive and collaborative attitude
5. At least 3 years China digital marketing experience from a reputable brand or agency Proven experience working within the BAT ecosystem
6. Entrepreneurial mindset, understands the importance of a client’s bottom line
7. Up to date with new technologies and digital channels
8. An existing network of clients for potential business development
9. Excellent bilingual presentation skills
10. Direct experience with travel and luxury brands is preferred
11. Fluent in Chinese and English is a must
