职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
? Provide high level leadership for the End User sales team, both within the business and to the wider market in China
? Delivers best in class for sales efficiency, effectiveness and levels of customer satisfaction
? Take a leading role in driving business growth through the development and implementation of a differentiated business and sales strategy
? Own the End User sales budget and deliver sales and profit results in line with company objectives
? Understand the End User and segment market drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth
? Provide accurate forecasts and develop effective responses to bridge any gaps between forecasted and budgeted performance
? Develop and Support GKAM (Global Key Account Management ) clients in China via the sales team
? Focus on defined Segments as Retail, Industrial (Logistics), Automotive, etc.
? All Brands approach to End Users
? Develop Turn Key solutions and initiate alternative funding proposals targeting the upgrade and refurbishment contracts

Requirements:
? University degree preferrably in technical discipline
? At least 5 years leadership/managerial experience in lighting or a related discipline in a project/ specification sales role
? Able to demonstrate a proven track record in effectively managing a sales team to achieve profitable growth
? Inter-personal, Communication, Presentation, Networking, Negotiation, Customer service, Financial management and People management skills
? Team leader attributes, high integrity & ethical standard, business minded, able to work under pressure, aggressive with drive to win and gain market share
