职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 熟练掌握公司汽车经销商管理系统软件数据库架构，为汽车进口商及4S汽车经销商/维修站用户及公司内部部门提供DB技术支持；
2. 分析用户技术问题，评估客户技术需求并提供对应解决方案；
3. 协助系统其他技术问题的解决；
4. 监控系统运行，定期提交系统运行分析报告；
5. 分析系统运行绩效，提出系统优化建议，提高系统运营管理水平；

任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业，大专以上学历；
2. IT及相关专业1-2年工作经验；
3. 具备一定的.Net编程基础
4. 良好的团队协作精神和主动学习能力；
5. 良好的表达沟通能力 / 逻辑分析能力；
6. 能以服务客户为中心；
7. 有责任感，对工作积极热情；

优先条件：
1. 英语4级以上（包括4级），英语能力优秀者优先；
2. 具备微软MCDBA认证资格。
Responsibility:
1. Well understand the DB structure of Auto industry business DMS solutions, daily support and technical consulting for importers and 4S dealer shops customers of Incadea;
2. Well understand user’s DB request, can resolve user’s problems on DB in time, clarify and sort support logs in daily base, submit statistics analysis regularly;
3. Analyze and evaluate client business process and requests, provide technical proposal;
4. Monitor system running status to ensure the system operation in safe, and provide monitoring report periodically;
5. System performance monitoring and system performance optimization;


Required Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in major of computer science or related;
2. 1-2 years’ work experience on IT administration or related position;
3. Basic knowledge on .Net development;
4. Have good capability in team work and new knowledge learning;
5. Good at express and communication, have good logical analysis capability;
6. Client oriented service spirit;
7. Have passion and responsibility on work.

Preferred:
1. CET4 or above;
2. Certificate of MCDBA.
