Planner/Landscape Architect 规划/景观设计师

Summary of Position:
The Environmental Design Department at Thinkwell Group is looking for a Planner/Landscape Architect position responsible for the planning, site design and landscape design aspects of projects. This person will work with the Project Design Team to produce quality work and maintain high company standards.
A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a related field, preferably with time spent in entertainment development. He/she will have experience working on a collaborative team of multidisciplinary backgrounds and creative place-making. An ideal candidate will have practical experience in the field and/or construction documentation.
A qualified candidate will demonstrate: strong organizational and communication abilities, intuitive and creative design instincts, be able to inform project teams of constraints and opportunities, as well as execute daily project design requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. MASTER PLANNING
1) Execute the daily design efforts for the creation of project master plans. Create plans at appropriate scales and levels of detail to express organization and design intent clearly and creatively to the client.
2) Adjust planning as the project progresses through each level of design to make sure that as changes occur the project remains functional as well as provides an enjoyable guest experience.

2. SITE DESIGN
1) Work with the design team to create environments that express the creative intent of the project and drawings that clearly and creatively express that intent.
2) Develop innovative and imaginative solutions to complex design challenges that arise due to site constraints, budget restrictions or creative intent.
3) Work at various scales to create environments and spaces at multiple levels of detail. Develop site details based on the phase of design.

3. TEAM COORDINATION
Assist with the integration of disciplines within the office and with consultants.
Assist with the internal communication to make sure the design staff has access to the information required to create a successful project.

Knowledge/Skills
1. Above 5 years' experience in landscape architecture / site design with significant themed entertainment development experience
2. Bachelor Degree (above) of Urban Planning preferred
3. Knowledge of industry standards in site development and landscape architecture
4. Communication skills both verbal and graphic
5. Experience with the variety of software applications utilized by the staff for production and presentation including Auto CAD
6. Ability to support a team.
7. Good time management and prioritization skills
