工作描述：
 
主要负责重点英语教育产品的推广以及重点客户的学术咨询服务，配合市场销售部门进行课程推广。
主要职责
· 研究英语教育发展趋势，分析产品特性和市场需求，为销售和市场推广提供建议；
· 根据重点客户的需求，搭建英语教育课程解决方案，并跟进实施效果；
· 与市场销售等相关部门合作，参与制定并实施课程推广计划；
· 收集并分析用户反馈，不断提升课程解决方案来优化用户体验。
· 协助内部其他团队制定切实可行的产品研发计划；
任职要求
? 英语或相关专业，学士或以上学位；
? 深刻理解中国英语教育行业与用户需求，具备敏锐的市场意识；
? 良好的团队合作意识和交流沟通讲能力；
? 流利的中、英文口头、书面表达能力，能在大型会场演讲；
? 拥有3年以上ELT英语教育产品教研的经验，及2年以上课程推广的经验；
? 能与售后服务部门、产品课程研发团队顺利沟通，反馈市场和重点客户需求；
? 良好的项目管理能力，能够同时出色处理完成多个并发任务；
? 具备一定客户资源和良好的学术口碑。
