Responsibilities:

- Manage the business’ integrated marketing strategy to enhance Delo brand awareness, preference and loyalty. This also includes managing brand experience on customer core touch points including social, vertical, channel, Public Relations, etc.
- Plan and execute marketing communication activities such key message development, advertising campaign, social media, literature and marketing tools
- Lead Delo channel marketing strategy including competition analysis, channel value proposition and winning model to ensure hyper growth of Chevron Heavy Duty Engine Oil business
- Develop detail channel execution plan including partner enablement programs, promotions and interactive campaigns, creative strategy, and continuous optimization process to ensure flawless operation
- Create digital brand and channel efficiency experiences to drive Chevron’s core competency
- Identify and evaluates emerging digital technology opportunities that Chevron could use to promote its brand and channel sales objectives. This may involve the deployment of marketing automation tools
- Collaborate with functional team members to get support of social, public relations, channel and marketing support for Delo brand
- Set performance marketing objectives including key performance indicator’s reporting and reviews return of investment. This also include preparation of monthly marketing performance reports
- Manage brand experience on Delo related websites and other related platforms
- Maintain a strong working relationship with cross functional teams such as sales and supply Chain
- Work with global brand manager to ensure local consistency and collaboration with global strategy and guidance
- Manage 3 team members to drive up performance
- Perform other marketing-related projects as assigned
- Identify and advise the broader team on emerging digital trends and opportunities


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- At least 8 years’ marketing experience with minimum 3 years digital marketing experience required (AUTO/Car after market experience is preferred)
- With at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Has extensive experience in managing or working with advertising or digital agencies
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Possess analytical prowess and ability to leverage digital technology
- Deep understanding of the Chinese consumer and insights on online purchasing behaviors
- Marketing experience in O2O is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong business oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
