Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment Consultant will lead full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill and critical roles to support the significant growth of Walt Disney Imagineering–Asia , including sourcing, screening, hiring and on-boarding. The person who succeeds in this role will be a highly organized, with exceptional networking and relationship building capability; the role requires a solid understanding of recruitment operations, processes, business dynamics and goals. It also requires the ability to develop and link recruitment metrics to the strategy, plans and performance. The Recruitment Consultant will effectively plan recruitment efforts, develop process improvement, deliver quality hires against business requirements, and provide ongoing excellent client and guest communication and satisfaction. He or she will have the ability to apply knowledge of labor law, compliance requirements and company policy in day-to-day decisions that not only ensure a positive candidate experience but also uphold our Disney service standards.
Responsibilities
? Execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking and other creative channels
? Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities.
? Effectively utilize recruitment tools, technology, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management systems
? Manage candidate relationships and talent pipelines for future hard-to-fill talent acquisition needs
? Build effective relationships with clients and partners, requiring strong proactive communication, the ability to manage disagreements appropriately, and a strong service orientation.
? Develop and maintain current understanding of business drivers and dynamics that affect requirements for hiring for Walt Disney Imagineering Studios including but not limited to: Show, Project Management, Creative, Construction Management and Environmental Design & Engineering.
? Demonstrate sound judgment through effective thought, leadership, communication, and actions.
? Provide exceptional service
Basic Qualifications
? Fluent in Chinese and English
? 3+ years of work experience, with 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting and sourcing environment, with emphasis on either hard-to-fill or high-volume disciplines (IT, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, HR, business operations, etc).
? Experience working with mid-level or senior management.
? Experience in a complex business environment
? Experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans
? Proven networking capabilities with professional organizations, business groups, alumni associations, etc.
? Direct sourcing experience
? Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) and technical aptitude for other systems (e.g., SAP, Recruitment Systems, technology)
? Excellent client-facing skills with the proven ability to respond proactively to client needs
? Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
? Demonstrated ability to lead and influence leaders and team members
? Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently
? Ability to exemplify the Disney values and share those values with our candidates
? Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Walt Disney Company
? Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment -- ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
? Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
