Supports the local CS team to ensure the safety this includes also all other ASML activities.
The task of the CS EHS specialist includes:
1.Support management to ensure a safe way of working in the region
2.Monitor and process with compliance to local legal requirements e and customer demand.
3.Liaise with the customer representatives on EHS subjects.
4.Ensure that the required data to manage safety is adequately recorded, verified and administrated.
5.Arrange an audit program and deliver required audits per customer site-cluster (CS specific EHS audits, according to procedure)
6.Process accidents, incidents and near misses according to CS procedures (including Air) to support management
(management own the process).
7.Close the incident reports after evaluating effectiveness of the actions taken
8.Arrange and/or carry out safety awareness trainings according to CS safety training program.
9.Advise the Local Senior Manager on adequate budget allocation for the required EHS activities.
10.Facilitate the safety escalation process:
11.Chair and coordinate the local SRB meetings, and Escalate to CS WW SRB (if needed).
12.Rollout new CS safety requirements;
13.Work together with regional management to rollout new CS requirements and track progress and effectiveness;
14.Conduct Accident, incident and near miss investigation.
The CS EHS Specialist is based at one of the local office site. He/she reports to the Region Manager of the Local CS HVM organization or delegates; Functional reporting line to CS WW HVM EHS Lead.
Training Requirements CS EHS Specialist:
1.Higher Technical College or specific Safety education (according to local requirements)
2.Preferable Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related study or comparable safety related studies/experience.
3.Analytic, abstract thinking, good communication skills, initiative, independent, sharing knowledge, stress tolerance and teamwork.
4.You are a team player, communicate proactively, have a healthy business sense and are on top of new opportunities which add value to our core business.
5.Good written and spoken English with Didactical skills and Cultural awareness.
6.Experience working in operation and/or field and have understanding of wow.
7.All EHS safety CBT’s and safety trainings required for CS employees
