室内装修施工工长-机电综合施工

工作概述：

根据项目进度计划，负责【室内装修】项目电气系统、空调通风系统、消防系统及给排水系统等施工的安排、现场管理、技术指导和监督，保障项目按计划、高质量完成。

岗位职责：

1、负责项目前期的机电施工准备；

2、负责施工现场机电施工过程管理；

3、负责施工现场的施工安全管理；

4、负责IT房移交。

5、负责消防报警联动设施的安装调试。

6、控制施工质量，组织施工验收和维护。

7、参与竣工文档的准备工作，编写机电系统操作手册，负责对客户的培训。

岗位要求：

1、三年以上装饰工程现场管理、机电施工管理经验；

2、熟悉机电工程施工工艺和工作流程，了解各项工程检验质量参数；

3、熟悉安全生产管理和现场应急情况处理；

4、熟练运用办公软件及CAD制图软件；

5、能吃苦耐劳，沟通能力强。

主要项目分布：深圳市福田区、南山区，因项目需要能适应省内出差
