职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
* Efficient Communicating with internal and external parties and manage relevant event programs co-locating with exhibition includes Press conference, Roadshow, seminar, events to make sure requirements are fulfilled.
* Assist in developing event plans in alignment with project plan, by working closely with marketing teams to achieve efficient integration in all campaigns.
* Ability to write effective, compelling events briefs, presentations and proposals
* Monitor all aspects of events in development including proposal, budget and schedule development and delivery.
* Proven track record in successful management and delivery of events that reflects the brief and meet objectives
* Demonstrate financial responsibility through effective proposal costing, budget development and management.
* Good communicator who is able to work well with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements &Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in events, conference, trade shows
* Able to handle event independently (event planning, budgeting)
* Strong organization skills
* Strong communication skills
* Good command of English and Office software
* Can work under pressure
* Self-motivated, passionate for the work
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
