Position overview: 职位概述：
The Residential Business Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery of residential testing services and products, targeting multi-national employers, overseeing e-commerce development, and expanding retail partnership business in Shanghai for fast growing indoor environmental services pioneer PureLiving. This position involves managing a small support team, finding new leads, identifying new retail opportunities, pitching customers in meetings and presentations, developing and maintaining relationships with employers, community groups, agencies and individual clients, as well as ongoing customer support. This challenging role is well suited to a self-driven and confident, outgoing person with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys testing new ideas quickly.

Responsibilities:职责：
- Oversee growth of residential indoor environmental quality testing, remediation, and retail business in China
- Establish partnership channels (large employers, relocation agencies, community organizations, aligned retailers, etc)
- Assist in development or creation of e-commerce residential marketing campaigns
- Network with appropriate organizations and attend relevant marketing events to generate leads

Requirements: 任职要求：
- Two years of project management experience
- Marketing experience preferred
- Friendly, extroverted and inquisitive personality; able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking in public
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable in working with numbers, P&L experience or financial experience a plus
- Passion for making a difference and helping clients
- Qualification in Business Management or Environmental Science is a plus
- Chinese passport or current (foreign) residents only
    Appropriate candidates should be willing to live in Shanghai
- Bilingual candidate English/Mandarin strongly preferred

Work hours: 工作时间
- Working hours are typically from 09:30-18:30
